• For home service, customers must ensure a safe, clean, and suitable space for the treatment.

• Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

• All payments made are non-refundable. However, customers may reschedule their appointment by informing us in advance.

• If a customer arrives late, the treatment time may be shortened according to the remaining available time to avoid affecting other bookings.

• If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment slot.

• Late cancellation or no-show may result in payment being forfeited.

• Treatment duration may vary slightly depending on the customer's condition and consultation.

• Customers are advised to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or skin sensitivity before the treatment.

• Hanana Confinement & Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if the service is deemed unsafe for the customer.

• We reserve the right to modify services, prices, or policies without prior notice.
